    Fishing regulations

    Fishing by the hour, a minimum of 2 hours of fishing required.
    Access permitted only to those associated with the A.P.S.D.S. LAGETTO FONTEVIVA and in possession of a regular CSEN / Assolaghi membership. Joining is simple, just pay the annual fee of €5.00 upon entry, valid for the current year.

    1. At the entrance to the lake you can obtain the fishing permit, leaving the membership card in storage. The permit must be read, kept for the entire duration of the fishing and returned to the management at the end of the fishing to check the time and collect the card or identification document. In the event that the exit time is exceeded, within the established delivery times, the difference due will be paid.
    2. Each fishing permit gives the right to use a single rod with a single line and a single hook. The fisherman who wants to fish with multiple rods must have a specific permit for two rods. We remind you that on holidays and weekends the double rod fishing permit is suspended to give the opportunity, given the large turnout, to fish more widely among the fishermen present.
    3. The permitted baits are: mealworms, worms, live fish, floating pastes in jars, caterpillars, gulps, sugars, artificial ones (it is understood that they are suitable for fishing and not for grappling fish), fly fishing, recognized sinking pastes.
    4. It is understood that in the event of accidents caused by the lures themselves, the Management assumes no responsibility. The fisherman who causes accidents with the spoon or similar to the patrons of the Fonteviva lake will assume responsibility for the damage caused with all the consequences.
    5. It is absolutely forbidden:

      – grappling the fish, even involuntarily (if the hook is not in the mouthparts it must be left in the water and released without mistreatment);
      – fishing with nets, landing nets, etc.;
      – any form of baiting is prohibited and it is forbidden to introduce unauthorized bait into the lake enclosure (ask the management if you have any doubts).

    6. In case of non-compliance or violation of this regulation, members are liable to the following sanctions:

      – suspension of fishing permit;
      – withdrawal of illegally caught fish;
      – confiscation of the membership card and report to the competent authority for violation of the aforementioned regulation and the laws in force on the matter;
      – payment of a penalty as a lump sum settlement of the damages suffered.

    7. Those who commit an infringement and refuse to submit to the sanctions reported above are warned in the future from requesting the issuance of a fishing permit and if it is erroneously and unknowingly issued to them, the latter must be considered null and void and will not give rise to no refund.
    8. All sport fishermen are invited to collaborate and communicate any infringements committed by members to protect the environment and comply with the regulations. All fines that will be given will be used for further releases of trout to repay the damage caused to all those Members who fish regularly.
    9. The Management assumes no responsibility for facts and damages resulting from the fishing exercise.
    10. Any changes or updates to these regulations will be posted at the lake ticket office.

      THE FISHING PERMIT IS STRICTLY PERSONAL AND NON-ASFERABLE. THE APPLICANT MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE A.P.S.D.S. ASSOCIATION. FONTEVIVA LAKE.

    Fishing permitted

    ONLY ONE HOOK per rig is allowed.
    The only setup allowed is with the HOOK AND THE BAIT AT THE END OF THE LINE. FINAL LEAD IS FORBIDDEN.
    It is possible to fish with float, bottom, streak, spinning and fly.
    Children under 6 years old can fish with their parent using a second rod. Children aged 6 to 12 pay the reduced entry, as long as they fish and not an adult on their behalf. From 13 years old the permit is counted as an adult.
    The Member who requests the use of the second rod is understood to fish alone and not for two people to fish, otherwise it would be two fishing permits.
    FAILURE TO OBSERVE THE ABOVE RULES INCLUDES RECALL AND IF THE ROUGH ATTITUDE PERSISTS, IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE LAKE AND SEIZURE OF THE FISH. Inspections will be carried out by authorized members.

     

    Small parts

    Members can purchase bait and fishing accessories directly on site. Baskets and landing nets are available for rent.
    It is preferred that each individual fisherman is equipped with his own fishing equipment, otherwise it is possible to rent it, for expert fishermen, paying the amount on site.
